January 17, 2017

The Beaufille designer sister-duo give us a tour of their hometown – from the best Mezcal to perfectly curated vintage.

Cocktail Bar/The Black Hoof

923 Dundas Street West

If you’re in the mood to for a more quiet night with fantastic cocktails in the West End, this is the place. Their “Spanish Bomb” is what dreams are made of.

El Rey

2A Kensington Avenue

A new patio staple in Toronto’s Kensington market. Chef Grant van Gameren is a bit of star in Toronto, this is his latest venture. Super chill, super cute. The food and Mezcal are far too easy to stay until close on the patio enjoying.

604 King Street W.

There is no better Italian food in Toronto, period. Buca is a staple for either of our birthdays or any special event. We often drum up excuses or occasions just to go here – it’s a real treat.

Gilding the Lily

47 Tank House Lane

A super cute jewelry boutique in Toronto’s historic Distillery District. This place is totally unique for Toronto, founded by LA Stylist Annie Jagger. Walking around the distillery is so charming as well. A must-walk around area for any visit to Toronto.

Chosen Vintage

1599 Dundas St W.

Perfectly curated vintage clothing. It’s great when the selection is tighter in vintage shops – we don’t have as much time to sift through heaps as we used to! We’ve never left this store empty handed. It’s equally good for men’s pieces too!

Courage My Love

14 Kensington Avenue

Possibly the boss of all vintage shops in Toronto. They have incredible collections of Asian tribal jewelry, summer whites, winter cashmere and boots!

Imanishi Japanese Kitchen

1330 Dundas Street West

A modern take on sushi – deconstructed Japanese bar food. Great for big groups/sharing!
